I can imagine Lenny's methods to be a little bit.. outdated.
Players aren't improving under him like Forrest did under Rodgers. Therefore I fear we waste quite a lot of potential. Frimpong is a great talent but to become a great player he needs professional coaching otherwise he's better aways for another club before we * hope a possible great career.

Aye, when people talk about the “eye for a player” they’re on about examples like Wanyama, VVD, Hooper or even Ki, not that big fridge who everyone knew about beforehand. Let’s be honest, there’s a reason Duffy was not only benched by brighton, but even playing there in the first place. If he was in any way decent he’d still be at Everton.

He’s right to slam the players, no matter the tactics and set up the players were complete shitebags and took no responsibility on the pitch.
But Lenny also does need to take some of the responsibility though, Duffy and Brown are not good enough, Ntcham is a waste and Eddy isn’t fit.

Id agree in the sense that a good manager gets the best out their players and in no way is that happening at the moment. Th team has a lot more to offer than what it is currently.

but some of the players need to step up and havnt done it enough in the games vs the biggest teams.
Things seem worse when we are losing, but for me the players who are top level are at it all the time and i dont see that ruthlessness in many of the team. Who stands up and is counted in the big games? Theres real lack of leaders.

For me it all falls back on the manager, something is no right behind the scenes.

I do agree with this but at the same time Laxalt is also just a level above in talent the sort of player we'd normally be able to have in his position - Tierney excluded. Transfer cost isn't everything obviously but he's worth three or four times what we'd ever think of paying for a fullback. In his prime age wise as well, he's an incredible signing.

He knows this club and this city better than anyone.

Now is the time to KTF, not turn on one of our own :shamrock:

I think we all have to accept it's OK to love neil lennon for what he's done for celtic (which btw gives him legendary status) but also want him gone as manager. Blind optimism is not going to win us the league at this rate.

A change is needed, this isn't a happy dressing room

The fact that Sutton verbally attacking the only guy got pass marks the night tells you all you need to know about the manager ...... quite ovb talking about team affairs with his ex team mates so unprofessional needs to go tonight

He knows the club and city but knows little about things like team selection, tactics and making changes to turn a game.....

Needs to be a culture change at the club?

We’d be better off wae Boy George shaking his shimmy in the Dugout to Kharma Chameleon than the * set of idiots sitting on their arses currently with zero clue about fitba...

I am * sick of seeing sub par sides coming to Celtic Park and watching in envy at how they pick away at us successfully. When we go forward we don’t look dangerous at all. Nothing to get you on the edge of your seat. Feeling defeated before a ball has been kicked.

Passing at the back is a major issue Duffy to Bitton to Laxalt back to Bitton to Duffy to Frimpong. It does my * box in. Rodgers used to do it with Boyata and Simunovic but at least we could score ffs.

This * lies with Lennon and no one else. You shouldn’t need a culture change from a team that’s won 11 trophies in a row. It’s a * joke.

WGS or MON/Keane to steady the ship until 10 is out the road and we kick on from there. If we loose this 10 and with no football for season ticket money, I fear a major downsizing operation could be just round the corner.
