Do you think he has it within him?? Don't think he relates to the modern footballer at all. He certainly is out of touch in regards to tactics/systems etc.

But he should had done that from the start. I think the only reason he kept the 3-5-2 was to make a point and prove us all wrong

Watch out certain people on here get very upset if you give any praise to Neil Lennon. I agree, more of the same that we seen in the second half. If Rogic is finally fit again, we have to get him more involved. 10 minutes here and there is travesty for a player of his ability.

Much better impetus across the entire side tonight, he takes a slice of the credit for that.

He has a job sorting this defence now though. Particularly with the guys out missing.

“we conceded two really soft goals”

How many times have we heard that recently as well? :31:

Every team we play you see the opposition manager standing coaching his players, Lenny just sits on his *, arms folded.

At the weekend he said the team ran out of ideas, that's an admission that he didn't have a scooby what to do, he's supposed to be the manager ffs !

He ain’t going anywhere soon I doubt. We just need to hope he saw something in the second half tonight that will inspire his team selection and tactics for Sunday. I’m stating the obvious here but it’s so important we go up to Aberdeen on Sunday and demolish them, not another 1-0 scrape, a proper 3-0 hammering. There was glimpses of that quick passing and tempo there in the 2nd half for the first time this season.

Get all our ball players in the team, player that want the ball and can move it quick or take someone on, your Christie’s, Rogics, Ely’s maybe even give Turnball a chance from the start.

Sunday is * massive. The media and a lot of folk are gonna be convinced we will drop points and that will be it over already. A slip up is unthinkable. Need to get behind the Bhoys here as it’s a must win. If we don’t then that’s it’s, he has to do the right thing and walk.

For 20 mins in the second we were superb. That has given us all a lot of belief. It shows we can still do it. We needed to see some football like that given how bad we were on Saturday and in the first half tonight. Keep the faith. On to Sunday now and get the 3 points

This patter was * the first time it was used, it's now about the 1000th time and it's still *.

Everyone gave him credit for coming in when Rodgers bailed, everyone gave him credit for the second half of last season.

What we're witnessing now and have been for the past however many weeks is absolute * * hour from front to back with players either not wanting to play for him, or players who don't know what they are being asked to do and him sat on the bench looking completely lost.

His post match press conferences are getting worse every week as well. He has the players, he's just not using them correctly and hasn't been for the entirety of this season.

He needs to go in to the sheep game with playing 4 at the back rooted in his brain.

McGregor, Christie and Rogic need to attack and support the lone striker.

Ajer can take up Brown's role and support Welsh and Duffy(he's only playing because Jullien is clearly dead to Lennon)
