That's what downsizing and going for the cheap option gets you! No Champions League this season. AGAIN!

Scott Brown playing in midfield the last 13 * years, a pish keeper from Dundee in nets, a useless * on the wing who couldn't get a game in League 1 last season! May i also say it is absolutely shocking the way Scott Sinclair has been treated by Neil Lennon!

Get Peter Lawell out of our club! Time to protest!

Not entirely his fault but can't understand what he was thinking with the line up, needs to get a settled back four ASAP at least we seem to have no problems scoring goals.

Should never have got the job £10m spent on a defence that doesn't play and bringing on Lewis morgan to try and rescue our European hopes absolute shambles.

    * were deluded if they thought he'd have us competing with the big teams in the CL again 4-3 at home against * cluj when we led twice I mean jesus * whether he gets 10iar or not if the club had bothered it's * to look we could have had a far better manager in charge. Q

For those who are in love.....
Worst possible start to his tenure out of the first competition before we've even reached the playoff..

The McGregor call was all wrong. What was even worse was when he was needed in midfield to change it but never, once..

The Jozo main man in defence was a wrong call whilst Jullien sits on the sidelines most week's..

Bain has made mistake after mistake since he's been in and flapped at everything for month's. Should never be our number one..

Building the team around a 34 year old who never ever get's a game off or subbed off is astonishing. He's been towing a bus for week's..

    The failure to change tactics..

The failure to make the subs at the right time..

The insistence of playing and persisting with Morgan on and off the bench. Nowhere ever near the requirement as a Celtic player..

He made a bold call and got it spectacularly wrong in the end..

You live and die by these results and he's failed miserably..

The aftermath and hangover over this is gonna be torture now..

I imagine spending wise we'll get barely fuckall in now..

    Disaster..

    * joke at all the Celtic fans who thought Lennon had the ability to turn anything around from the end of last season. It's not 2012 anymore.

Sorry but he takes most of the blame for this result.

    Starting 11 was wrong

Spending 10 million on the defence and not playing them tonight.

Playing our best midfielder at left back,

    Over playing Brown

    Putting Morgan on

Took far too long to make the right subs and tactics.

Fist major test of this season and he has failed miserably.

Blames the defence and not his team selection or set up.

He’s just not a very good manger if we’re honest, his European record is shocking apart from the 12/13 season.

A yes man.... No more, no less....
I asked this months ago and got shot down... I'll ask here... Would you have been happy taking a manager that hadeft hibs in 8th and on the decline if he wasn't a celtic man...??? Cheap option... And it showed big time tonight.... But never fear we will pump a wee riddy dunfermline 6 nil and all will be good....

I blame Lennon completely. Playing McGregor at LB was a ridiculous decision.

This place should be a fortress and the way we approached the game first-half was not acceptable

    But YOU did accept it.

You could have changed the formation,, but you didn't
You could have changed the players ... but you didn't
You could have seen what we all seen .. but apparently you didn't

So please don't treat us like mugs and issue wee sound bytes.. you accepted a first half for 45 minutes and were in a position to change it.

Disaster pretty much sums it up. 10m is a fortune for us to spend on defenders and CalMac ends up at LB again!!!!
Brown is a vital component of our team but he has to be dropped/rested/subbed like anyone else. Ntcham shouldn't have been the one coming off tonight.
Aw *, there is so much wrong with what went on tonight, I seriously wonder where we are going.....
Btw, what the * has happened to Shved.....

Defended Lennon all the way but he certainly has to take his fair share of responsibility for tonight. Our best cm in a lb position!? Hayes or bolingoli would have done enough to justify McGregor on the midfield.

Sinclair would surely be a better option than Morgan?

Throwing bayo on hoping he can save the day at that stage!?

That being said being said, it's ridiculous that tierney, benkovic, boyata and Atif have been replaced with 2 players combining £10M. We had Tierney sold for £25M, boayta once rated at £9M, benkovic must be at least a £10M defender and because of his age I'll have stig at £1M. That's potentially a £45M defence replaced with £10M. There is the issue - right there. We can blame lennon for tonight. The reality is our team value far out weighs cluj. But to let a £45M defence dismantle without adequate replacement. That lies with the board and scouting team!

NL: "In the first-half we were so passive. No tempo and I don’t know where that came from. We weren’t physical enough, all the nuts and bolts of the game weren’t there.

NL: "After half-time we got the right response but we shot ourselves in the foot with the goals we conceded. We had the lead twice and threw it away

NL: "We had enough chances to win the game. If we’d played anywhere near as well in the second as we did the first, we would’ve gone through

NL: "We’ve only ourselves to blame. It’s hugely disappointing for us all. We’re going to have to accept the criticism that comes our way. We need to regroup and make sure we qualify for the Europa League.“
