would you trust him with your money???

A managers job is to manage the players hes got, and not just go out and * millions on players, if he was a good couch he would not have to spend millions, the squad he has is well capable of winning games, he just doesnt have the experience and its showing now. simples really.

He has been treated with tons of respect but I get the feeling some think he is above criticism in terms of what happens on the pitch just because of what happened to him off it.

I don't think he's above criticism but at the same time I thinl people underestimate how hard a job it is especially on the budget he has had to work with.

If we made a serious investment and got Given and Bellamy. I doubt we would be in this position.

This I have to agree with. I might even be one of the people who are hesitant to criticise Neil because if he quits then the bigots have won in my eyes. I don't think Neil is the man for the job anymore, he should go, now in my opinion but those * will be delighted if he does.

I've not even looked at any of these internet polls.

But pretty much everyone to a man today that I spoke too at the game said that his time was up.

Nail on head. People are treating him like a symbol of something bigger than the football. He isnt Martin Luther King. He is a football manager.

Exactly mate. This is exactly what I feared when Celtic scraped the draw.

Leenon the man has tons of respect as a man and a person but as a manager he has yet to earn that respect.....there is a difference.

On the flip side of that he became bigger than football when he was sent death threats, letter bombs and was assaulted on the park. That's the dilemma I have

Yeah because Killie, Hearts and St. Johnstone have all bought players for big money this season. If he cannot put out a side which is capable of keeping a clean sheet against those teams, then he should make way for someone who can. Celtic spend more than Porto, yet people demand they spend more to win a league in which two of their midfielders get paid a similar amount in a week than the starting 11 and subs of their opponents. Yeah, it's because he's not got enough money to spend. Get a grip.
