I'd be happy with that if it was in a year or two, not now though.

Delighted, in fact. I think Mackay has the vision to take us forward in ways that Lennon isn't capable of, imo.

I'd be delighted with Mackay if Lennon was to leave. *, we'd be lucky to get him.

I don't want Neil to leave, but if he does in the near future, then I'd love to see Mackay here as manager.

    Stay until he's not successful.

Well it is possible that we could get to the last 16 next season, but I don't think we will, and it is certainly more unlikely than likely. If you think it is likely then you should be going straight to the bookies as you will get some decent odds! I think it is more likely us not getting there than getting to the last 16 to be honest. And I don't think our squad is close to being as good as it was when we got to the last 16 (and even then we managed it playing our 100% best and having a large slice of fortune on our side). Only time will tell of course but I see no reason to expect us to come close to qualifying for the last 16 next year, because when you sell your top talent as soon as possible and replace them on the cheap with bench players and league 1 strikers, you really have to be the biggest optimistic to expect the last 16 in Europe.

I will happily eat my words next season if I am completely wrong.
