Well he * should. He moans about his own fans enough so why not moan about the board giving him * all to spend? Otherwise he is rightfully getting the blame along with Lawwel because we can only presume he is happy enough with what he is being given because we don't hear anything from him.

Frazer and Sammy are hit and miss mate Ledley is priority, him, Brown and VVD only ones who got pass marks for me last night.

Forster as far as i'm concerned is in the sooner the better boat. His fear of coming out of his box is costing us immensely as of late.
Like an old head, A David Forde for example.

to many players didn't perform/turn up or not what we expect when they wear the shirt, or didn't show up in the 1st half so we changed things or laid it down at half time (my interpretation of what he's said)...
and then he goes and plays most if not all of the same players in the next/next but one games. I think, and I really want to be proven wrong because of what he has given to the Club as a player and a Manager, he either has or is on the verge of losing the dressing room. Either way he should leave in January to get another Manager in before next season's qualifiers...our 1st one is mid-July. We also need change in personnel on the field in January, eg Sammy, Joe, Fraser ( Fraser too good for us in our League) and a new Captain... for me it has to be Lustig, that is if we can keep him. After this season's CL it will be even more difficult to bring in quality because who will want to come and play for a team from Glasgow who has no competition in the SPFL and gets stuffed in Europe.

You can see how gutted Lennon is after each match we lose and how much it means to him when we win.

To think that he is content with the lack of money he is given is ridiculous. Imagine what it must be like being a manager of a club and then complaining that your employers dont do enough to support you in your efforts.

Right, that would go down a treat. He can't exactly summon an employment union to help him through this unfair treatment.

But thats the point right there though - unfair treatment.

We all want more spending at this club, and this is what this whole argument is about, because if we had a very successful team then no one would be falling out over anything.

But that spending can't come with recklessness, we have a strict business model that has worked since Lenny took charge, we slowly but surely making massive amounts of more money with every season passing.

Next year should be the 3rd consecutive season in the CL. And then the year after we should be onto the 4th. And that's with the extra £7m+ from BT and the huns being back providing even more money.

We will get better every year and we will put more money into the club both on and off the field.

Why cut Lenny out of this when he has been at the helm of what is looking like a nice, golden period of our club?

In Lenny we trust.

if a team wins 7-0 why change it? almost the same team wins 5-0 surely to * the team to play barcelona should almost have been picking itself but for izzy who was suspended .far too much tinkering with the team and still he fails to see the players who quite simply arent doing it time after time

Maybe if you want to go that bit further, you don't just need better players, but a better manager. Lenny's job is safe, too safe for my liking. The league's a canter, there's no chance of that changing. But i'd be up for him taking a job in England and i hope he gets offered one.

I'd be happy with Sutton and Mjallby as the coaches. Too many daft things have happened, decisions that no supporters in there right mind would make, like not going after Johnny Russell for sweetie money, that team last night, going out of the cup to Morton.

We'll go back to the league, Commons, Stokes and Mulgrew will come back in and all will be forgotten about. But that decision to drop the main guys in the team cannot be good for the moral in the dressing room and they must all be scratching there heids. They must be raging that they were dropped.

Ach it's done now. But when the time Lenny does go it should be on our terms not Lenny's.

If there is a better manager out their, then i say we do it. In the Summer. That's when we should do it.

What makes anyone think the likes of Sutton and McNamara would do a better job here than Lennon has done as a manager?

Like it or not, Lennon is now a relatively experienced coach. This coming March will mark four years since he took on the job and that makes him far more experienced than the likes of Jackie and Sutton, who has never managed a team in his life.

The only manager I'd be more content with than Lennon would be Lambert, but I don't see him leaving a cushy mid-table gig in the EPL to come and manage in a one team league.

EDIT: My bad, Sutton managed Lincoln City in 2009-2010. The point still stands.

Lennon has been here long enough as player and manager to know what he was walking into.
He had the choice so saying the board are treating him unfairly is bullshit.
Yes we could spend some more money but that may yet happen,Lenny is a free man to leave any time he likes.
Managing celtic ain't easy even when your winning,and i am sure when he has done all he can for us he will leave.

He should leave whenever he feels he has taken the club as far as he can.
