would rather have ciftci than djuric.ciftci is proven,cheap,target man who will only get better under ronny.were not really looking for a natural goalscorer,more of a target man.dundee united is a good stepping stone club nowadays.they seem to have an eye for talent.

personally would rather go for better although think ciftci is underated.

Quite fast, strong, good vision, skillful, good ball control, can score penalties.

I'd take him and I have a feeling he'll force through a move to us.

 

I can understand people not liking this guy, and can see how the potential lengthy ban would put them off, but I can't understand how people can honestly question his ability. Would he make an impact in Europe? It remains to be seen, but he has a lot of attributes that make me think he would be a handful.

 

One sit down with Deila will give him an epiphany in which he sees the darkness of his ways and loses his cuntishness. It's the Ronny way.

 

im not convinced by this at all.

the guy is clearly a *. i dont totally buy in to the 'well, at least he will be our *' mentality. for me, hes a * on a different level of cuntishness as any of our current players who are deemed '*' are on.

that aside, i dont think im seeing the player or flashes of the player that other people seem to see in him.

if we end up signing him, i'll obviously get behind him. but very begrudgingly. it shouldnt have to be so difficult to like one of your own players.

 

Jackie Mac (git) quoted as saying it will ultimately be down to the player where his future lies if dundee utd accept bid, so thats jackie way of saying Ciftci has told us he aint moving to wigan and wants to wear hoops!

Can see this being done before the deadline next week for the first leg.

 

I rate him as a player and I think he is exactly the type of striker we need. I am less concerned about his head than I am about his quality. I'm not sure he will step up but I reckon he can. This is another gamble which might pay off. Gamble being the key word.

 

im sure that rate dropped a lot after we took away the 2 main providers for him
