Just back in from the game. That Watt looks promising.

Watt an improvement from last week. That's all I can say. We showed power in every department, and fused real defensive maturity and class with attacking panache (though the latter largely being evident in the 2nd half). Its like the team jolted back into life in the 2nd half, and hopefully we can carry this on by zapping in a few goals next Sunday and shock r*ngers by starting the OF at lightning quick speed, so by the end of the game we'll all be singing, 'Go ohm ya huns!'.

    :icon_mrgreen: I'll let myself out

Missed the first 15 mins. Different formation worked well and give us flexibility for future matches; may work well when teams play like the jambo *(easily becoming the new huns should the originals be packed off to pastures new) pack their defence.

Players that stood out were Wanyama, Ledley and Watt (both goals founded on solid technique). The Cha with a good goal as well, never seen the guy not smile, looked like he was more comfortable within the formation as a wing back.

On a non Celtic note, can`t help but feel Stuart McCall has killed his teams motivation with his comments the other week. Big gap has opened up since.

If you go on youtube Watt's goals are on there, failing that the highlights of all three goals have been posted a couple of pages back.

Watched the game this morning and really enjoyed it. Good response from the team after last week and what a way to introduce yourself to the top team from Tony Watt. Incredible. Nice to see Zaluska getting a start and he made 2 important saves in the first half when it was still 0-0. Rogne was once again very solid and good for Izzy to get 90 minutes. Ledley for me was man of the match just ahead of Wanyama.

Missed the game, look like we played well 2nd half though.

    Chuffed for Watt.
