That tactic failed for mowbray, if we're losing we'll throw on another striker as iv no tactical plans. Plus commons is about the only player thats looking up for it.

 

Don't think mccourts on the bench mate, Forrest is instead.

This game was always going to be a big test due to that shocking pitch and their mulleted ex currant manager. Surprised how committed his players are in this one yet they seemed very disjointed at Ibrox. We've been pish but we've got to come out and press them in the 2nd half. I'd have someone running at Lasley and force him into tackles and stop punting high balls up to our forwards. It's bread and butter pish for their central defence.

 

Hooper hasn't been in the game, more through lack of service than anything.

I think our midfield need to adopt the same attitude as Ledley for the 2nd half, he's chasing down every ball.

Not worried yet but we need a goal within the first 10-15 mins of the 2nd half.

 

Ledley's Mr consistency been playing great without being noticed.

Think you need to blame the whole team rather than two players.

 

The surface is making it impossible to play their natural game. Looks like we will need to win this in the air rather than on the ground. I would bring Sammy on and oddly eno Paddy would be useful here as he's the kind of player that can dig the ball out.
