I have posted in the other thread about his arrival probally spelling the end for McDonald and that i think we should keep him until the Summer! However with McGowan and Forrest (Can Play As Striker I Think) both in the team i would sell McDonald , i know we then have no proven goalscorers but £3 Million is good money for him!

Don't know much about him, apart from he has a good record and scores lots of headers.
    It's a gamble worth taking.

im glad mogga is realising you dont need 11 players to play attractive football let the rest play silky and big duncan(which has to be changed) can score the goals which brings the league trophy home. Do you think anymore players are needed im happy if we get him.

We'll change it to "Christopher Roy" :50:

Or Big Greenock, in homage to another famous ex-Celt from Denmark.

Hello all you Fantastic Celtic Fans

I have been a fan of Brondby I.F. for over 20 years, and I have never been as sad as today to see a player leaving the club. Morten "Duncan" Rasmussen is a first class striker with a great instinct. He have been in the club since 2006 and have scored 52 goals in 110 matches. I know some of you will say that playing in a Top Club like Celtic is another game then the Danish League, but I bet the difference!
He is still fairly young, but already he played around 200 games in the Danish Superliga - he holds the all time best scoring average of all in the league and he is very strong and a fantastic finisher. I hope you all will give him the chance to prove himself then I think you will come to love him as I do.

Don't blame him for his "nickname" "Duncan" It was an old coach who startet that.

Best of luck to you Duncan - Make us proud!!

    Brøndby Forever!!

Celtic have reportedly agreed a fee with Brondby for Denmark striker Morten Rasmussen, who admits he is 'interested' in a move to Parkhead.

Personal terms have yet to be sorted, however, with no further developments now likely on the matter until next week.

Responding to reports linking him with a transfer to the Scottish Premier League giants, Rasmussen told Danish television station TV2: "A move to Celtic would obviously be interesting for me.

"As long as nothing is certain, it's difficult for me to say much.

"They're a big club and it has always been a dream of mine to play outside Denmark - but we will have to wait and see what happens."

Earlier on Friday, Hoops boss Tony Mowbray played his cards close to his chest regarding the 24-year-old, but would not deny that he was set to move for the player.

He said: "I don't want to sit and discuss any players because you move from one to the next to the next.

"So let's move on and we will wait and see
