I actually meant from his point of view it would have seemed like he was likely coming here to be first choice RB. When he came in we only had Elhamed and he was a relative unknown quantity. He likley thought he would be a better player than someone from the Isreali league.

I agree he's not great, but I don't think he's actually as bad as you make out, I just don't think his heart is in it now. In many ways that is worse as he isn't going to win a move to another team with an attitude like that.

 

Don't think anyone is ever as bad as is made out on here lol.

He's definitely not been great though, doesn't really do anything well.

Must admit when we signed elhamed and Bauer I fully expected Bauer to be the better player. But it's worked out brilliant. Elhamed and frimpong are the better players and our loan player is backup. Fairly decent backup to have too

 

Where's his megathrow gone?

Feel sorry for him in a way, he's been completely overshadowed by 2 other new signings in his position. When dos that normally happen, and in right back especially? Seems like he gives 100% but wouldn't be upset if we cut the deal short n January.

 

Given our luck with injury, might be worth having him around while his deal lasts.

 

He'll probably get more of a game than some of the deadwood tbf.

 

Can we send him back in Jan?

 

Can't really judge him too much on two games, he is not match fit or sharp, but Frimpong has just been outstanding so when EH got injured he never got a look in. With Frimpong playing well it would be worth rotating EH into CB also.

 

Didn't see the game, how was he?

Guessing he was just sort of...there. Doesn't seem to really do much.

 

He was ok, but the whole of defence was not great today.

 

Agree, he did OK.

 

I thought he did really well going forward. He got the line and put in a few crosses. Had a decent game.

In defence. He wasn't the worst. Every attack came down our left side. Hayes was gash, and balls over the top of our 2 centre backs caused all sorts of problems for us.

 

Im surprised o’connor wasnt given a chance, i can see frimpong being turned into a winger, really only leaves elhamed who is made of twigs.

 

He put a few decent balls in but we never have anybody attacking the front post and they get cleared. If we played 2 up front we might make better use of the balls crossed in from wide. Our attacking cross balls (whether low or high balls) is abysmal.

 

He's * hopeless .

I’m struggling to see much positive in him.

 

Poor player, really hope Frimpong is fit for the weekend.

 

he was just there tonight, offered Forest no support and every pass was backwards. I don't see a future for him here.
