Honestly think Eddie will retire. That was a * embarrassment for him.

There's no way back him for him now. Shows how unpredictable mma is when a Champion gets outclassed like that vs a lower weights Champion.

Hopefully McGregor sctuslly defends the titles cos I'd love to see Aldo 2 and see him v Khabib and Tony but I think he'll retire or fight Nate again

That's an amazing amount of money. UFC has definitely arrived.

 

I don't know why I feel genuinely nervous watching him, but I'm delighted with that. Didn't expect him to completely outclass Alvarez.

 

Conor is a bigger 155 than Eddie so it's not like Eddie was beaten by someone smaller, he just tried to box him which was the worst thing Eddie could have ever done, I dunno why he thought he could do that.

Not really. Big events with him and Ronda aye, but the pay for the average UFC fight is absolutely laughable. The reebok deal was fatal for 95% of fighters.

 

McGregor must be in a position now to create the richest fight in UFC history with him holding two belts?

Eddie looked like an average punter in there. I said it was embarrassing that Eddie was 155 Champion, but that was absolutely laughable. RDA, Khabib, Ferguson must be rubbing their hands.

It's like Bisping being champions at 185, he caught Rockhold and then fought Henderson and you've people like Rockhold, Jacare, Romero and Weidman there

The biggest fight will be the Nate trilogy IMO. *Only Ronda's comeback that will come close to tonight.

I think Alvarez was stunned at how hard McGregor hits and then when he got him up against the fence and McGregor got out of it without much trouble, you've got to think Eddie was out of ideas.
