Missing Plane

Germany was levelled by the British, Americans and Russians so was Italy, Spain wasn't and was still one of the poorest countries in Europe for a good few decades after WW2, Hitler shot himself, Mussolini was executed and Franco's successor was shot. The USSR remained a super power until the 90s, China's an emerging super power and Cuba has held out against the US for 60 years, and really there hasn't been any proper Socialist countries...

Do you have any facts pertinent to the incident at hand or is this just an opportunity to bring a pet hate into the discussion?

 

Mussolini and Hitler had the support of the vast majority of the populations of each country, Hitler espically turned Germany from a bankrupt state into the most advanced state in the world in terms of economics, industrial and welfare. They fell because the American's seen fascism as a massive threat to their 'democracy' agenda and decided they needed a war. What other reason has America ever went to war if it was not for their own interests?

The USSR was a superpower on the basis of its shear size, and a man called Stalin who terrorized his own people, used them to massively industrialize the country and the massive cost of his own peoples blood. China was not a super power under the fraud called Mao, it was only when the country moved away from Communism into the capitalist system that they have now become a super power.

 

I wonder if the lack of technology (both with search efforts and comms with air traffic control) in some of these countries is a reason why they haven't been able to locate this plane by now.

Awful for the families with all this uncertainty and wait.

Seeing as our support is just a microcosm of the world in general, as there are so many different view points, it really shouldn't make you any more sad than it would to know there are people like this in general.
