They haven't captured much equipment in Egypt and most of the stuff they have captured in Iraq and Syria are transport vehicles and a few old tanks, and even if they did have non MANPAD SAMs, they likely would have tried to use them to down Coalition Aircraft that are bombing them. Also why would the US be sending the Kurds AA weapons, ISIS doesn't have aircraft

America have been arming dubious groups across the region with very sophisticated weapons, isn't out of the question that they could get their hands on SAM launchers.

Looks more likely now that it was a bomb on board the plane though. I think that's more scary, if it was a SAM attack they could track it down and destroy it easily enough but a single bomb is much harder to defend against.
