That's the point, though: you'll not be able to do that (safely).
You'll have a choice of staying relatively sober, being careful not to get isolated, no colours, careful what songs you sing, drink in Central London (yeah, because that's not expensive :87:), etc or get into fights, probably involving large numbers, possibly weapons, people getting seriously injured.

What's the point in either of those?

We're ten pages in to this thread and has there even been any confirmation of the game?

Yeah because Celtic are such a wee diddy club we should lap up these away days when we get them and give thanks to the host club...

Fine anywhere, you adapt to your surroundings as we did in Leicester, Blackburn etc. Casuals from a whole host of clubs in Leciester trying to take us on, still had a great time - one of the best down there actually.

Your post makes no sense. Our support does lap up these away days and, for fans travelling from Scotland, in the main for the reasons mentioned.

    How about this?

Everyone join me in the half and half kit with tutu's and fairy wings giving out roses and go to the game, the Millwall fans won't know what the * is going on and just leave us alone as they will clearly think we are a bit "special":icon_mrgreen:

Bear in mind all those coming down in buses from Glasgow/Scotland will have to be stonecold sober, not sure you'll get many in a tutu and fairy wings :54:

Boys will be ditching their cargo and drugs for a packed lunch and some shakespeare!

Your post implied we should take what we get when it comes to away days just because it's a day out, but I don't see the point in lining an English club's pockets for nothing. The only reason clubs like Millwall want a game with us is to take us for what they can get . We get plenty good away days in European competition and pre-season training so * Millwall.

I disagree and clearly, given the support we take to these games, thousands do also putting the experience of the days out well over and above any concern about a score going to whatever club.
