I get what your saying but it’s a tough league and it did wonders for calmac. Sometimes it’s not going to a better or harder league but taking a drop down and maybe opening your eyes and giving you a culture shock and giving you that motivation to improve and try harder. Mikey hasn’t had that and has lived of the tag of being potentially one of the best in our academy has produced. Maybe the drop in leagues and playing twice a week maybe be the making of him.

    Absolutely they are.

Have you heard the songs Hibs and Aberdeen fans direct towards you?

Yet we are happy to loan them our players.

Why be happy to loan to one set of scumbags and not another? Especially when it benefits us and our player more?

Again though, we are happy to loan to other scumbag clubs in our league.

Don’t be fooled in to thinking Hibs or Aberdeen fans like you any more than Hearts fans do.

Think an agent has opened up an agency in Portugal been quite a bit of traffic between the Scottish and Portuguese markets

Mikey Johnston - are you still looking to put him out on loan?

Yes, we are still working on that and there are a couple of good possibilities for him.

Good move for him that, if he gets even a good 6 months under his belt I think he can come back and be a good squad player, he still has talent just needs confidence and time to show it

Excellent move for him. Good to see him expanding his football experience by going abroad.

Hopefully warmer weather also helps him stay injury free.

I hope not. I think somewhere like Portugal, or Belgium, would be much better for him and us. And also because... hearts.
