This is a total myth about Brown.

He couldn’t track a man to save his life.

Being committed in 50/50s doesn’t make you a good defensive midfielder.

He played his part in many a Euro humiliation.

Nobody can expect a strong mentality when everything around the players is a * mess. No investment, football is *, results ain't happening, some players aren’t or weren't getting game time, others can’t get the moves they want, we are on edge, and a * off manager just * off. That’s not a mentality issue, that’s a club issue.

Sure, we can say “be professional, you’re paid loads”, but that only goes so far. They’re still human. If you feel unwanted, untrusted, or stuck, or even if a few of your team mates feel like that, it’s going to affect you. Money doesn’t fix that. It’s all relative.

You can only stay professional for so long when the environment’s toxic and there’s no belief or clear direction. Players can train hard and say the right things but if effort doesn’t lead to opportunity, wave bye bye to motivation.

We have out spent our opponents tonite by a long way. Our wage bill is a lot more than theirs. Teams like Qarabag and Midtjylland don't have the finance we have. They have much better scouting systems than us which is clear to see. It's not all about spending big it's having the correct process in place to identify good players. Our signings in recent times have not been good enough

Not for the 1st time we seem to absolutely collapse the moment we lose the 1st goal.

The old cliché used to he your at the most vulnerable after scoring but we seem to be incredibly vulnerable after conceding and tend to lose a quick 2nd and 3rd.

Imo it's down to a lack of experience and leaders

    Absolutely correct.

We aren't structured properly therefore we don't plan well. We don't spend well as a result and we are where we are because of this

The mentality on the pitch in Europe is a reflection of the culture at the club.

    Tinpot and we know it.

    More than recruitment..

This has been happenkgn for long time. Teams who dwarf kn comparison in terms of money we get humiliated by.
If these teams can recruit well ans way below our expenditure why do we constantly get shown up?

were run well tl a point....but are tital behind where we need to be and its showm for years.

It's not just us though..the whole of Scottish football is a * riot...there's obviously a major problem at grass route football bcoz we produce nothing now...look at the players in the 50s 60s 70s and 80s....I'd go back to building tenements and make all the young guys play with a tennis ball 15 a side out the front.

Their whole * squad is worth £65 million with alot of their players bought for 5 million or less and think just two players above £7 million.
So mostly recruitment is the key to this and we looked physically like wee boys against their big physical players and think Tisdale needs to go as well the whole * club needs changed .

Scott Brown not being able to track a man is a new one for me, he was always underrated by the support in everything except his leadership on the pitch but it was usually along the lines of working hard defensively, hard tackling and sticking to his men doesn’t mean he’s a great player.

    Now not even that apparently.

I’d love another Broony to be here, pick your age and style of Broony for that.

However I think if I had to pinpoint what I’d love to see for this team and squad with ex-players, outwith the very obvious guys of Henrik and such. It’s Joe Ledley

MON would have looked at that group of players, learnt things, and used that information to help improve our chances in the next game.

    It's called being a manager.

Not had one for a while so can understand why it's confusing.

I expected to make them work for their win.. they didn't have to..

We're physically overwhelmed consistently in Europe.. because we don't recruit, fast, strong and physical players.. we're easy to play against..

Didn't expect to take anything but we weren't playing an elite CL side.. Hibs almost knocked them out in Qualification

Tonight was just about the opposition being better than us. Better run, better recruited, better coached.
There's nobody in our team who can score their second or third goal.
