    You're right. But you can't take weight and speed at once. And I think McGeady will find the appropriate point to grow muscles.

    Has anyone seen the Coca -Cola football trickster, who can keepie up for about ten minutes, doing apparaent magical trickery with the ball, trapping the ball with his thighs, kneck, chest etc etc?

    Or the wee brazilian guy who can do the same after practising on the beach for 6 hours a day?

    That sort of pputs things into perspective for me. You can have all the tricks in the world, but if you cant do the basics of football like holding your ground, not losing the ball, not going on pointless runs, not getting brushed aside, then you will never make it.

    McGeady is a good wee player on form and is a good wee Tim into the bargain. What he needs to do is toughen up, put on a bit of bulk and be more aggressive on the Park.

    Wee Jinky might have been pint sized but he was as tough as old boots.
