MCGEADY FINED AND SUSPENDED

From what I understand it was not Strachan who has decided the punishment. I think he would have had to agree to it, but it would have been the board who decided on this along with the manager.

Roughie was right last night saying that McGeady needs to go home at Christmas and sit down with someone who can say "look son, you're playing for Celtic, get a grip of yourself" sort of thing.

 

I just saw on ticktalk that McGeady will be back with the first team before the appeal finishes...*! Does this mean he could be back in the first team before then too? because I still can't see wgs playing him...

I'm not a bigot but there is no way you can be a celtic fan with a statement like that. Everybody and there dog known big jock is the greatest Scottish manager of all time.

Don't know about anyone else, but i've personally been in the situation before where i've been victimized for a long period of time just because of someone's dislike for me (for whatever reason, don't really give a *). Anyone who can relate must surely agree that there is only so much of it you can take. The longer it goes on the harder it gets to bottle it up and eventually you will either go mad and recluse or you will * erupt.

On the face of it you can do or say some un-forgivable things, but when everything else is considered you can maybe be excused if not totally forgiven.

The way some people are bad-mouthing McGeady on here * sickens me. If you have been there to witness first hand the events of the past year then fair play to you, if not then the credibility of your opinion is slightly diluted if you ask me.

 

lol i think supermike just ment the most successfull Scottish manager, but he probably is the greatest.

 

Most are assuming that Strachan is in the right.

What makes me happy about this whole sad affair is that it shows WGS gave a few of the team a good * telling off for letting us ALL down on saturday, i was boiling after game, not particularly with mcgeadie but some of the team were a * disgrace, in a game which (Like hibs the week before) may mean difference between 4 in a row and a * summer) It gave me a little bit of satisfaction to know that WGS felt the same as me, and got right * into some of the players, they deserved it, for letting us all down. good on you gordon!

 

I think the forum is a much better place without him. He is happiest after Celtic lose a game, so he can slate Strachan. In a Celtic supporters website, he doesn't fit in.

You can have doubts, of course. But his complaints have no justification whatsoever. He posesses an irrational hatred of Strachan, and by association, Celtic.

In my opinion, that's not what being a football fan is about.

Agreed. WGS wasnt happy but 99% you wont know whats going on in the dressing room, this incident is the 1%.

WGS can dress anyway he likes in public, give the media nothing to use. But he'd tells the players straight up in private and people forget that.
