Passing was off but still played his part.
He seems like a right huffy moany *. Was going bush at Maeda for a cross in the first half when he couldn't pass to a Celtic player himself.
Always seems to be flinging his hands up and shaking his head instead of busting a gut to get in and win it back that's just a personal critique I have of him I've noticed a few times though.

 

Fkn awful. Since he was linked with Newcastle.

Absolute guff, needs dropped.

Offers absolute zilch apart from a few tackles

Pass rate must be around 25% at the moment.

 

A shadow of the player he was last season. Still has the odd moments of real skill, but few and far between. Wasteful on the ball and rotten in front of goal.

Hopefully we see Iwata coming in and freeing up McGregor.

 

He just doesn't do it for me.

I miss Rogic.

 

His passing was * but he was breezing past hun players with his eyes shut. Mooy was better when he came in but

 

I like him but he's not on Rogic's level. Nowhere near that.

 

I think he needs to be taken out of the firing line for a few games, he’s clearly not at it right now

He is a good player, and has the potential to be a top player, but he just isn't performing right now and could do with being dropped for a little while for his own good.

 

I like him but he’s been miles off it for a while now, needs benched for a period of time so he can go away and find his form of last season again.

He’s contributing very, very little at the moment compared to McGregor and Hatate next to him.

 

Thought he was pretty * today, thought we looked better when Mooy came on.

 

Not a huge Turnbull fan but if given a run in the team in place of O'Riley I'd bet good money his numbers would be far higher in terms of goals and assists

 

Hopefully Iwata hits the ground running. More competition for those midfield spots the better..

 

There were a few times he just turned players like they weren't even there despite his lack of pace, just intelligent movement same as Rogic used to do, but his final product is escaping him now. Based on his play last season, I really expected him to be nearing double figures in goals this seaon, it's just not happening for him.

 

Thought today was one of his better recent showings. Not been great recently but did think today was a small step up, seemed a bit more combative than recently.

 

One of these * that needs away from this * hole league to become even half the player he could be. No point pitting your wits against hatchet men twice a week....away you go ya wee * and become a proper player.

 

Few interceptions but thought he was absolutely *..

His passing yet again was * woeful. Needs dropped..

 

Good point this, can barely think of a game this season where he hasn't been outshone by McGregor and Hatate. Seriously needs to up his levels or is at risk of losing his place to Iwata.
