I would be very very surprised (but delighted) if it’s more than one mate. Even that one is proving difficult right now.

Dane Matt O'Riley has had a wild 2022, where he has gone from playing in League One with MK Dons to now being an U21 national team player and Scottish champion with Celtic. O'Riley has made a big impression on the pitch, where he has shown his great qualities especially in the Celtic shirt and has become a big profile, and this has caused several of the big English clubs to move. The interest in O'Riley is great. ESPN was able to learn on Friday that major clubs such as Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Dortmund should have looked favorably on the English-born Dane.

In the past, it has also been suggested that Newcastle and Leicester should also have O'Riley on the block, and the Celtic Dane tells bold.dk that he is aware of the great interest that has come recently - Yes, there are some of the clubs that have inquired about me. However, I cannot say which clubs they are. - But even though it's great to know that there is a lot of interest in me, I only have one thing in mind, and that is to do well for Celtic.

The transfer window closes next week, and if some of the aforementioned clubs were to put an offer on the table, then they must be prepared that a lot needs to be done before O'Riley intends to wave goodbye to Celtic. He is facing an exciting autumn, and this has great significance for the 21-year-old Dane. - I have no plans to leave Celtic, so if nothing happens, then nothing happens and that's perfectly fine. I am really happy to be at the club, where we will also be playing in the Champions League, which I am really looking forward to. It's huge. - I'm surprised by the interest from those clubs, so it's crazy to think about if something were to happen. But if it doesn't become more concrete, then it's just news to me. - So I am aware and have heard of the interest from some of the big clubs, but I have to admit that it is not something that I think too much about, says Matt O'Riley to bold.dk. 21-year-old Matt O'Riley has a contract with Celtic until the summer of 2026.

I think he is probably our most valuable player outside Jota. Would be Very surprised to see him leave this early, perhaps end of the season.

Like Juranovič he's got a potential world cup place at risk.
Six months into a long contract, no reason to sell, home-grown for English teams. Nothing less than 50 mil

    Hes a smart kid.
Stay here and develop then work up to a move. He's got the talent and he's got the head for it.

And as has been said potential world Cup spot with Denmark

His lack of pace could be more of an issue as a DM in our system than it is as an 8. When plays break down and teams look to counter, McGregor is pretty quick in getting back and helping funnel attackers out wide. And it's important he is quick back, given the really aggressive positioning of essentially all of our outfield players. It's the main concern I have with Mooy playing that position as well.
