Mooy at his best is still well clear of him..

He just still doesn't do it for me overall..

He's so so stiff it's frightening. Him losing the ball for about the 10th time in the game exactly like that and it cost us..

Could've had an assist for Kyogo but he's so slow and the amount of times he sticks out a leg and tries fo bring it out the air but is so stiff that he's flat footed....is frightening..

All he had to do was have a 7/10 performance today and he was a guaranteed starter for the final.

Decided to put in a 3/10, and that's being generous.

With Mooy looking vastly unfit and Hatate not even on the bench, he'll probably still start the final, but my * does he need a big game.

I'd be tempted to go with Mooy after that..

He's just a much better, cleverer player..

Gamble is only due to fitness as if Mooy hadn't had that wee injury and been rusty....we wouldn't even be having a debate over it..

My hope is that Hatate is at least fit for the bench, so we can bring him for O'Riley/Mooy after Half-Time next week.

Hard to tell who should start next week tbh, Turnbull, Mooy and O'Riley all painfully slow, and you can't play Haksa as the 10 after he just put on a 2/10 performance.

Ange's definitely got some tough choices next week.

He runs the way you do if you’re running in a dream. Baffling lack of athleticism for a professional footballer.

He wasn't great but I do remember a few good moments from him from what I seen.

    Yep. It's a concern..

Right now I'd go with Mooy, Iwata and McGregor..

Mooy takes up those great positions all the time. Ok he isn't at his sharpest but he only gets that by games. I'd much rather play him in to form than see many more of those O'Riley performances that have become the norm..

Honestly don't think he was that bad today. In fact he was one of our best players in the first half.

Poor in giving the ball away for their goal though.

On what merit? Mooy was *, we played worse after he came on. He's in recovery from that injury and is not back to it yet

    Who's the better player?

If we're talking on merit, Mooy has * all over him since coming in..

I don't think he was terrible today but Mooy was much more effective when he came on.

Mate start Mooy in the semi and we're *. Agree he needs games for his match fitness but that ain't the game to be doing it. He has been absolutely diabolical last two games whereas O'Riley has been immense recently, not as good today granted.

Either is a gamble for me.....only due to Mooy no being 100% up to speed..

I think Hatate will probably be back on the bench do I'd go with Mooy for a half and see how we go..

I do think he'll start O'Riley though. Just isn't tickling my fancy now, mentioned it before. Maybe I'm being harsh and blinkered but he isn't impressing me at all like how Mooy did when he was in his stride..

His movement defies belief for his age. No even just his mobility but how he gets about in to space now or how slow he is in getting to his second touch..

For the first time all day Kyogo didn’t make his run and Matt flashes one across the goal. Was a good move, * it was a frustrating day.

Aye he can be mega slow at times, but it's his forward play that is his biggest asset. Wee through balls for runners etc. You'd think we'll have more space on Sunday especially being at hampden.

Love Mooy when he's on it but the now he makes O'Riley look like Linford Christie, he's wearing 20 kilo ankle bracelets man. We cannot afford that sort of risk in a semi against the huns.

Honestly pray to * Hatate is fit.

Matt had an OK match, certainly nowhere near as aff it as is being made out but our support do tend to loose the heid after every game we don't win.

As for the choice between him and Mooy for the semi, to be me it's an easy one and has to be O'Riley. Mooy is miles off the pace and we have to ask ourselves why? He wasn't out long enough for it to be taking this long to get back upto speed, add to that how long it took him to warm up at the start of the season. Was only the World Cup got his * in gear. He just isn't at our level fitness wise, needs upgrading in the summer.

Right now, O'Reilly, he's contributed far more than Mooy has over recent games. We pick on form, not on overall. Mooy has Ben great for us, but has been * in his last 3 appearances, whereas O'Reilly has 2 goals and 2 assists in those 3.

Killed every attack apart from the one where he sent an exceptional quality ball in across goal that nae body bothered getting on the end of?

He was good first half, mixed bag the second half.
