    I'd not bother with another Left Back myself, I'd be happy with Charlie or the young lad Tierney filling in, I like Izzy though.

    Still think we should adopt a 3-5-2 formation, especially for Scotland.

    Agreed; in terms of formations, Ronnies 4231 works great and it's good played other kinds of styles as well; never been a fan of a straight 442 but a diamond 442 can work well but my preferred are 433 (the way Barca play it) and the 352. I think (or hope) that when we're playing big games and have a lead and were in the last 30, 35 mins we switch to 352 because (in Ronnies style) it's got a great balance of defence and attack. It's not just a case of having two strikers up top and getting more goals it's how the whole team balances into it kind of thing.

    Love that were playing some f'ing beautiful football, last season some of our play...if it had been Bayern or Barca folk would be raving about it in the papers, lol.

    in what way would champions league experience benefit Hull? I think they would rather keep a promising player who they spent 3 million on :smiley-laughing002: Im not sure he would even want to go, the championship is a stronger league and he will want to establish himself in england
