   A friend of mine in Shanghai says Mao Jianqing is a target for both Celtic and Rangers, they are both currently scouting him.
   
   Some research into this guy on the Web, he's a midfielder for Shanghai Shenhua, only 21 years old. Known as one of the best wingers in China.
   
   Anyone dug up any videos of this player?

    Mao Jianqing has declared his interest coming to Celtic according to Chinese TV. From a friend.
    
    Celtic offered him a contract one year ago but was blocked by his club or something. Now he wants to come. This is what he claims anyway.
