    He says he wasn't rioting.

Have you seen anything which proves he was rioting ?

His posts are, to be frank, stupid.

A sixteen year old boy telling a fort year old man that HE is out of his depth.

Come on ! Would you accept that.

You're clutching at straws mate because you have had to accept that we have no proof of his guilt and that you would expect to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

You're keen to get me on something though !

    That's not an answer, it's a question.

A question YOU refuse to answer, repeatedly.

Not seen an awful lot of the scenes tbh.

You'd have to question his innocence though if he did not take action against the police for what the lovely dog did to him.

Of course he's not going to admit to rioting, knowing fine well his season ticket would become a thing of the past.

As I say though, not seen anything other than the pic in the paper (which I thought looked great btw)

Intelligence (clearly) does not always come with age.

Admit it, you don't even believe your feeble arguments yourself.

Maybe you could take on the entire board (as you seem to be attempting-and failing) if you had any strength to your argument or any argumental skills but I'm afraid you haven't shown either.

Whenever any evidence put infront of your face, you just close your eyes and ignore it, which really undermines any opinion you then give.

Not only that, his freedom would be taken away, he's only on probation, so of course he's not going to confess.

OK then Martin the riot issue aside. Do you feel the fact that this scumbag accually freely gave interviews to these newspapers protesting that he is no thug without thinking of the family that he tore to peices is ok. He knew that by giving these interviews protesting his innocence to the papers that his victims family would be seeing this, how in the * do you reckon they feel by his actions? Does that not say enough about the scummy * as he has no regard for that family. I think that sums this moron up to T, and i am seeing the consequences of this * first hand.

Do you have any proof of his guilt ? - NO

Would you expect your guilt to be proven before you were condemned as guilty -YES

    Feel free to contradict me.

    Too easy tbh.

The quality of argument put forward by those with a different view from me was pretty * poor to be honest.

Disappointing though to see so many tims acting like bigoted huns.

    Ha ha.

Thanks for pointing that out mate. Just shows how so many Tims on here, without proof, act like narrow minded bigoted huns.

I'll tell you what son, and I can't get much fairer than this. Why don't you show this thread to your favourite teacher, an educated * YOU respect and ask him/her if you have proven this man's guilt in this thread.

Then come back to me and let me know what they had to say.:50:

I think I have made my views on his previous crimes absolutely clear.

I'm not going to take 'the riot issue aside' because that's what I have been arguing. We have no proof, so far, that he was rioting.

At least you are big enough to admit that.

    Fair play.

I do realise BC that you are a bit 'closer' to this case than the rest of us and you have seen first hand the real impact of this yob's crimes on people you know and care about. That can't be easy. But at the end of the day mate, and it has to be this way, we can't presume someone's guilt on one crime because we know they were guilty of another.

It could be you or I being accused one day and we would insist that our guilt was proven.

So if someone says they are innocent - they are guilty ?

    You are a Tory.
