No hes on 15k a week - which was more than double what Caldwell was on. Heed wanted his wages matched with Loovens at the very least - the rest is history. :bbpd:

Caldwell was a decent player for us but was never a fans-favourite and a bit of a whipping boy. I never liked him personally - thought he was a Franz Beckenbauer type when clearly not lol .:bbpd:

Torres has ripped him a good few times down south when ive watched - loved it.:bbpd:

Even though we bought him for 2.5M he's a few years older and seems to be have gotten backwards in his time here. I cant see 2M getting offered for him to be honest considering hes not even in the squad at the moment. 1 - 1.5M i would accept.

 

Yeh cant see many clubs spending that much on him, loan deal till the end of season is what Cardiff will be hoping for
