    Not sure. Loovens is prone to making mistakes and from what I saw of Hooiveld before he got injured he didn't look anything special. I had high hopes for him as well because he won the player of the year award in Sweden did he not? Need to sign another CB in January.

    I've not seen enough of Jos to judge yet, he's talked the talk but failed to walk the walk really, but i've certainly seen enough of Loovens to know that I'd much rather have Rogne in there ahead of him

    Dont feel I can judge Jos. He didnt play many with Maj as far as I remember. One scary thing is the Dutch international team rated Loovens above Jos. Is Jos injured BTW?

    I will be honest and say im not sure. There is not much to choose between them. One of them needs a good run to hit form. I would take the money back for Loovens any day of the week. Its a shame we knocked back Bougherra for him.

    Loovens from what we've seen but I'd play Rogne beside Maj for a stretch of games, he looks the part.

    Thing with Loovens is if he cuts out the lapses in concentration he is actually a good centre half. At both ends of the park.

    I'm Glenda's biggest critic, however since his mistake against Killy I have seen some improvement from him, and seems to growing in confidence.

    If he cuts out the silly rash chalenges and can keep full concentration for 90+ minutes then he will become a good defender. Remember over the last couple of years he has had no one with experience beside him.

    Look across the city, Boggie looks great only because he has grandad beside him who is as wise and old as an owl.

    Give the Glenda a chance now we have Majstorovic beside him we will see him come good, still only 26 (defenders get better with age).

    If I had to pick between Loovens and Hooiveld. I would probably pick Hooiveld.
