Longest you have waited to be served in a pub/nightclub

Bar staff know better than to come near you!

 

Who the * stands there waiting for 30 40 mins to get served

 

Nae patience 5 mins at the most, then * off elsewhere.

Did stand for 10 mins at Hampden, Neil Diamond concert full of drunk 40 and 50+ struggling with the voucher system.

 

in a pub in Manchester one night in the 80s,,got talking to a barmaid while waiting fe my drinks ,and she was nice girl but she kept serving other people ,this went on and * on fe at least 20 minutes ,this is when i lost it and started shouting at here ,she then called the bouncers over and told them that this Irish * was drunk ,the duds thu me out ,,i learned that night that one of the barmaids were going to serve me as soon as i came to the bar ,then they realises i was Irish and wanted us out ,,slan

 

45 mins london 2007 pointed it out i was there ages and got served. Its stupid sometimes u can see the bar staff clearly have no idea how to serve yet they think they are the *.
Campus a while back now aswell pointed it out and got abuse, just a shithole never went back after that.
Ireland seem to have the right idea about it i must admit, Im over all the time and never have a problem not even once.

 

45mins at the bar in the Felons. Irish Brigade was on that night and tbh, they where * *. Still got hammered though

 

You can wait anything up to an hour in FUDbar Stirling, especially if you don't have *. I * hate that place.

 

a small nightclub in dunfermline called harlem. think the record time i was served in was 20 minutes. the longest time taken being around 45 minutes.

it's purely a case of the nightclub being designed terribly. there is only one bar, it's very small and there is only 2 servers working. usually at the weekend they have maybe 200 people in the place. logistical nightmare.

like some have said on here i'm very seldom found in nightclubs these days for said reasons. id much rather spend some time in a local boozer than spend my time in an overcrowded club.

 

gotta be about 15-25 mins, maybe more depending on the night, but the edge in coatbridge on a wednesday. sweet jeebus

always good idea to go to places where you know staff on the bar
