    It's a Prestonian delicacy! :icon_mrgreen:

    There was stuff in the media about them a couple of years ago - they used to serve them at all the PNE home games, & then some other catering company got the contract and they didn't do butter pies. So there was a fans revolt, and eventually they prevailed, and the butter pie was returned! :56:

    I think it is a round pie filled with like potato, butter and onion...

    Very noticeable on here, that most of us are rooting for GB in most things apart from the football. Suugests that Celtic fans are not the Brit-haters that some in the Scottish press would have us believe. It's just the * football commentators we don't like! :56:

    Also because most of the English football players are overpaid, arrogant * too. Getting paid thousands every week, even when injured and sitting in the reserves. At least the other British athletes, such as Ennis, Hoy and Wiggins, work extremely hard for their success.

    Im impressed Hand, most dont even know what a butter pie is. :50:

    We have been relegated, signed * players from non-league clubs and have owners that are tight arses and never seen a protest, someone went near the butter pies and everyone turned into the fookin terminator.
