Martindale said we were the better team and his team got what they deserved was what I heard. Thought he was pretty complimentary to us.

Yep that’s my thinking as well - 6 points + the goal difference effectively means 7 points ahead if we beat them at Ibrox. They don’t catch us from there, for me.

    all are good
A well deserved victory. I can not remember a game this season where we fought for every ball as we did today. I really admired the sometimes ferocious tackling for the ball and how every player backed each other up. We looked hungry for the ball and the win today, and the team got into a good groove after the first 10 minutes.

Bitton had a very good game apart from a couple of errors. Taylor was lively all day, CCV and Starfelt were good together and happy for Carl for the assist. Happy also for Forrest, scored a very good clean goal and well taken.

The own - goal negated the missed penalty by Calmac. I want to say that Callum as captain needs to be objective with his decisions with penalty kicks. That is the second now that he has missed, both taken too hastily. That is not a good look for the captain of a team. He needs to know his weaknesses, as he should know the strengths and weaknesses of his team mates.
For instance, Bitton and Rogic are not good headers of the ball. To my mind he should have pointed to Maeda or Jota for the penalty kick, as it would have been a certain goal in my opinion. I can't see those two missing from the spot.

Very pleased to be winning at Livi today, and taking that hoodoo away. It was a very important win and keeps the mental pressure on our rivals. Three points instead of one is always good, any day of the week.

Must say I was very surprised with the starting line up. I am sure Martindale was also.

The goal difference at the minute is an extra point as well.

If they get top 6, so * we'll smash them again.

Its the media that bothers me more right now…,

The refs make poor decisions all over… but the post mortem every time we get a questionable one in our favour it’s like a crime has been committed. No such scrutiny when it’s other Klubs.

Im sure CSI SportScene will be all over things.

If roles were reversed I think we would need to get at least get 4 points off them and win every game.. 4 prob wouldnt even be enough. We are in a fantastic position now and with kyogo and Turnbull to come back. Just keep putting the pressure on them every week and they will continue to drop points.

I reckon the compliments were to try and keep himself out of trouble after slating the referee. He’s a bitter *. If he started with the compliments I could have been conned into believing him. As it is he can get to *.

Sorry mate, however it doesn't. A vastly superior GD is worth half a point really. This is because if you are 6 ahead of a team with a far better GD and they make up the six you are still ahead. If they make up the seven they are ahead.

That I agree with, they should have the same level across the board pushing for the standards to be upped.

I was willing to take a scrappy as * 1-0 today, considering the venue and our form, but to go to our toughest away ground and hammer them is absolutely massive for us and looks to be a turning point in our form.

Still a long way to go, the only easy game we have left is St Johnstone at home (We should be beating Ross County at home but it won't be easy) but we're so close.

Was great to see how we managed Livingston's physical style of play. Could see the commitment across the whole team.

Playing Ralston, Bitton and Rogic all helped with their physicality.

Thought the same before kick off and then I thought it odd that GG was excluded.

Can't be 100% mate or he would have started..

We've got great options now, add Kyogo and Turnbull soon too, hopefully..
