His all round game is brutal. Constantly runs into people and his second touch is a tackle most of the time.

Forrest is absolutely miles ahead of him.

He’ll put up good ‘numbers’ because of the way we play but the amount of times he gives the ball away is frightening.

    Need Forrest back.

If he’s not scoring he does * all. Technical ability is hoachin for a winger and his final ball is, by and large, *.

Aye he’s young but that’s an easy cop out. I’d expect a winger his age to have a few tricks up his sleeve and capable of going past players.

Jota honestly looks light years ahead of him in terms of technical ability.

If this was a normal team he'd be eased out the team for a while, but it's Celtic so he'll continue to play until Forrest is back, with zero alternatives drawn up.

Obviously a young lad but come on, atop bulleting the ball at the 1st defender, seems to have lost his confidence to take his man on too? High hopes but when the chips are down to many give up and lack the confidence to try to change the game...Jota mate train with jota and learn a thing or 2

Certainly doesn’t hide like some. Put a few inviting balls in and set up Kyogo well for a 1v1. Missed a good chance but wasn’t brutal by any means. He’s strangely becoming a whipping boy by some of our support.

Excellent effort but said it before, his quality on the ball is really lacking. Gives it away constantly. 2nd half especially was so poor from him.

Reckon Damian Duff would have great for him. But we do have the mighty Gav Strachan to develop him now

Not in great form, I think we’ll see Forrest straight back in there as soon as he’s fit.

Would maybe like to see him behind the Striker when Forrest is back, don't think he suits being on the wing.

He needs Forrest back, as counterintuitive as that sounds.

Conversely it will do Forrest good to also have him nipping at his heels for a start.

Wish Karamoko was fit, reckon he would be performing better than Abada

The lad is 19 and probably thought he was coming as a squad player. He will be surprised at how much game time he has had. He has been an excellent signing but needs rested for a wee bit.

    Based on what? :43:

Abada certainly never played well today, but his productivity since he signed can’t be questioned. It’s also easy to forget how young he is; it’s not easy moving to a new country/league/club and adapting, never mind playing more football than he’s ever had to play.

In the first half, he was our only attacking outlet. That being said, it would be lovely if someone could step in, so he can regenerate.

Every time I've seen Karamoko on the pitch for us (granted I know he's not had a lot of games) he always seems dangerous

It’s a very limited amount of gametime to judge on, but fair enough. I’m not doubting Karamoko has a lot of potential, but there’s no evidence that he’d be more productive, efficient or consistent than Abada has been.
