    CELTIC are today delighted to announce the signing of highly-rated Scotland Under-21 internationalist Lewis Morgan from St Mirren on a four-and-a-half year deal.

    As part of the agreement with the Paisley club, the winger will spend the rest of the season on loan with the Buddies, before officially joining up with his new Hoops team-mates when they report back for pre-season in the summer.

    The 21-year-old has been in fantastic form for Jack Ross’ side during the current campaign, scoring 13 goals to help them to the top of the Championship table, and he has attracted interest from a number of clubs.

    But it was the Scottish treble-winners who won the race for his signature and he becomes Brendan Rodgers’ second signing of the January transfer window following the arrival of defender Marvin Compper from RB Leipzig.
