    Would love to see more of our kids being given first team time at Celtic and I'm sure this will happen as we strenghten our grip on the SPL so the chance of regular starts for him and our other promising youngsters to gain themselves experience and possibly cementing a first team spot will keep them with us.

    Would hate to see another Islam Feruz situation crop up where we lose talented players to other clubs.

    Islam Feruz is quite simply a wee money grabbing * with no loyalty im glad he's gone and will be more glad when he ends up at St Mirren in a couple of years.

    Totally agree, he was on the verge of breaking through up here and got his head turned by his agent and family by all accounts, while I've nothing against any player wanting to move elsewhere to further his career in Feruz's case it showed a disgusting lack of loyalty to Celtic and in particular Tommy Burns who done so much for him.

    lets be honest ability at 15 - 16 often doesn’t = fulfilled potential I think by choosing to go to chelsea he has shown what his real interest is also when was the last time chelsea promoted a youth to the first team ???? I doubt that we will ever see him in a chelsea shirt

    Will be tough for him as hes a creative midfielder or playmaker and Lennon has never played McGeouch in there and hes the same so I doubt he'll play him there either. :54:

    Barring injuries he would be on the fringes of our first team right now.

    I watched some games last season when he was playing centre mid and he was pure class. Comfortable on the ball and goes box to box. He's been playing full back recently with Fisher now making his way into the first team squad.
