Yesterday was a combination of complacency and stupidity. We thought the job was done and took our foot off the gas.

It finishes 2-1 this thread doesn't appear.

    Agree 100%

Lennon has came into a shambles of a side, and has done ok so far, hopefully the board will support him in January.

Thing is, we do have money - we made a mighty profit in the Summer yet spent very little of that.

The board are the main problem here - direct your anger at there them first and foremost and not Lennon.

done ok ? possibly 5 points behind rangers in november, losing the 1st old firm game at home, being put out of 2 european competitions at the 1st hurdle. you think that is doing ok ?? the same problems we had under mowbray which you desribe as being a shambles of a side are still very much here !

I think people are not looking at the bigger picture. Rangers have been on some form too. Form nobody really expected. theyve being doing good

Sean St Ledger is a fine player and I would take him, but I really feel we need TWO QUALITY centre backs in January. If Big Dan is the solution then I don't know what the problem is. Majstorovic has been dreadful since the Ranger's game, as bad as Loovens and needs dropping IMO. He has no concept or dexterity to be able to play an intelligent ball out of defence the way Gary Caldwell did.

St Ledger is overrated and most on here believe the hype about him. He's average. Not the answer.

I have belief in Lennon. all wee need is a big centre back in january, a big target man to win his fair share in the box from our wide play and an EXPERIENCED coach to guide lennon through his learning curve and i think we will be okay.

those things done in january and i think the titles ours.

i dont think lenny should go but he has got me worried. changing his tactics yesterday tells me that 15 games into the season he still doesnt know his best 11.

Correct, he hasn't impressed me at all, looks very error prone which is something we could really do without.

im getting bored of this now EVERY manager since O'Neil granted TM and GS were pish but com'mon get behind Lennon hes new to the managerial job, lets be perfectly honest we are NEVER!!!!! going to get another O'Neil for a long long time, were in a period of scottish football decline it is unappealing to both players and managers alike. Yes we are one of the biggest/well known teams in europe but the scottish league is poor even compaired to the lure of league one in england, its time to stop moaning and start supporting Lennon and the team it cant be easy for them listening to the moaning from the celtic fans seems we are NEVER happy no matter what happens. Show some support and maybe things might change!

Good to see the manger has backing

Lenny wasnt my first pick, Mark Hughes was who i wanted, but we have Lennon who cares about the club, maybe a bit too much imo and has my backing. A 'mentor'/ director of football would help but who would come in, i very much doubt MoN would.

So its time we got behind the manager and players and start backing them. Or is this what we are going to do after every game we lose a point, yes he has failed every big test, but we still aint far off rangers at the top. 'Best fans in the world' title should be only used when we are winning!!
