Firstly, I never called him anything and secondly, what is wrong with being selfish? In my view, nothing, so long as you accept you are doing it for yourself and you are not * anyone else over. My point was to think that he did it for money is delusional and I think by saying that he did is more disrespectful towards the kind of image he tries to project. As for Jock Stein, maybe there is some subtlety in your point I am missing but I don't see what he has to do with anything we are discussing.

Switched aff yesterday after the game, kept away from here and other media sites. Was at my friends gaff ( he`s a Kilmarnock fan) and he was slating Neil Lennon for saying their goals came from long balls and our inability to deal with them. I argued that this comment was true, 2 of the 3 goals came from us failing to deal with longs balls.

1st goal we never won the long ball and Kayal (will use the appropriate thread for my thoughts on him) not tracking Shields or passing him on to other team-mates.

3rd Goal was Mulgrew not dealing with the long ball and over playing, made a mistake.

Heffernan had a volley wide from a free-kick from the half-way line that Harkins won the knock-down.

He also mentioned the chances they had in the second half, they created chances but the majority in the second half were as a result of chasing the 3 nil deficit.

We were poor, but I thought the comments in the after-match interview were pretty accurate.

I dont like to see anyone losing there job

I felt the sa,me about Barnes and Mowbray, I dint want them to lose their jobs

but lennys on a rolling contract so its just a matter of Celtic and Lenny coming to a mutual agreement that he should go

    Agreed.
One man's pennies can be another man's fortune.
Love how some of us bringing in 200 pound a week or less (like me), can talk about a player or manager and say "he needs a raise, he's only oan 7 or 8 grand a week".
And some of us probably put in double the hours. :celt_2:
