That's a pish argument, come on. Griffiths has been here for 2 and a half years, Dembele has been here for a few months, comparing the number of goals they've scored at the club is silly. Particularly when you consider how good Dembele's record at the club is.

There's a reason why one is being scouted by Manchester United and the other was wanted by Norwich.

 

I wasn't referring two overall goals at Celtic. Griffiths is just off the back of a 40 goal season.

Dembele will more than likely go on to become a better player but he is still raw, with many flaws to his game.

 

This will solve your delusion in regards to Griffiths ability.

I have no delusion about Griffiths' ability. Wind yer neck in.

 

Dembele has so much potential and he still makes mistakes, but Griffiths has a job to do if he wants to take his place in the team. Right now Moussa is just the all round better player. And that's not having a go at Griffiths. To have him on the bench is a luxury that clubs in Scotland normally don't have.

He'd end up at Barnsley or the likes and that's the reality.

 

He's still very raw but he's already a superior player. Griffiths is more likely than Dembele to bang in 25 yarders or free kicks but for me, Dembele is the more composed and his general play outside the box is at a far higher level.

 

Just because I didn't answer it the way you wanted me to, doesn't mean I've dodged the question.

What level of club do you think he'd end up at in England then?

 

I think his play outside the box needs a fair bit of work tbh.

 

I don't understand why what club he'd play for in England is relevant. We play in Scotland and he's been a huge success here. Why do we always have to compare ourselves to the English when we already know we're not at that level?

Probably a Championship side. But I don't think Dembele is at the level of a top half premier league side yet either.

 

It does but I've always thought Griffiths' link up play is terrible, so Dembele didn't have to be amazing to be an improvement.

In any case, it's good to have 2 prolific strikers again.

 

But Dembele could definitely play for an EPL side just now whilst Griffiths couldn't. That's the difference.
