    Ledley has a perfectly fine workrate, as has been said he covers defensively for Commons and Izzy on the left hand side constantly, Izzy was exposed more in the last few games without Ledley than he was most of the season.

    When I say he's not a good worker, I don't mean the player lacks effort. He's just not that sort of player. He's not good at getting into opponents faces. Not like the way Kayal and Brown do.

    My brother shares this opinion. I couldn't disagree more.
    Ledley may not be the sort of player who's always in the thick of it, running at players and scoring goals like the likes of Commons, but he keeps the team ticking along nicely, he closes down the opposition, covers players and his positional awareness is excellent. I think his injury is the reason we lost the league; Izzy has copped a lot of flak for the goals we conceded against Caley Thistle, because he didn't get back quickly enough after rampaging up the pitch. Ledley always used to provide that cover when Izzy went on a foray downfield, and had he played against ICT I don't think we would have lost.

    Im pretty sure this is a joke no? About 99% of the comment have been that hes been top class which i agree without Ledley our team starts to fall apart izzy gets caught for being so far up there no one in the middle who you can always pass to.Every play goes through Ledley , every opposition that goes near him,he closes them down he picks up all the pieces.Ledley has been one of my fave players cant find anyone more consistent in the SPL , Ledley= Top notch :50:

    Jesus * Mohammed Lucifer on toast 2003 with a spanner hanging out his back pocket.What complete uter umbrella * with acrobatic ostriches smashing up uzis.

    Consistent as * and we've missed him.It was quite telling imo we missed him.Seriously underrated by some,a great player for us.One of the few I can't say that many bad things about,if any.
