    I'm not sure, but might be cheaper with a tablet that would run football manager.
    Might be wrong, but worth checking out

    It'll run it.

    3d match engine may not be great on it, but it'll physically run FM fine enough, process through the games and running in commentary/2d will be absolutely perfectly fine.

    Second link will provide slightly better performance but ideally you’d want better memory specs on both to run it smoothly.

    Its a decent CPU that is required to get the best out of FM especially if your wanting to run all the leagues , the tablet version is okay if you want a more streamlined experience if you want the full fat experience get the PC version.
