    Didn't take long.

It's not something the grassroots Labour Party members should be accepting though, they gave him a huge mandate. The closet-Tory Blairites should be ashamed of themselves, but they have no morals. No doubt some of the prominent 'In' campaigners are delighted with the result.

I agree. He'll also fancy his chances against the likes of Boris.

Get Eagle to * back stabbing * someone needs to give her a kick in * and that goes for the rest of the poison in the labour party, the people want Corbyn hence why he got record numbers when elected to be leader and now because his policys threaten the closet torys in the party because he is actually an honest man they all kick up a fuss and start leaving there posts and what not. Get the lot of the red tied torys to * if they don't like it * off and join the party you actually want to represent.

Right now is the time where Labour should be challenging the conservatives and giving May a hard time calling her out to be the witch she is, instead they bicker among them selfs and try to remove the man who was voted in by the people. *

    Labour still don't get it.

They really are deluded and self invested bunch.

The public want corbyn, or at least someone like him. After the gen election working class England was split, between turning to the Tories and their deceit and wanting someone left wing and a lot actually calling for someone like Sturgeon down there.

Labour themself just don't see this though. They have lost all ability and desire to represent the working class and society, all they care (the majority) about is getting in to power and that golden seat at number 10.
Infighting and backstabbing to try and get Cornyn out, not realising the moment they slap another blairite or Tory wannabe in there, they will lose the last few supporters they have. Turning more over to the Tories and * the country over massively.

Suppose for my own selfish interest I should encourage this nonsense and hope they cement the second refendum by * up the (surely) snap gen election we will have within the next year.

Corbyn won't win over the working class in the North.

He'd do a better job than Eagle though or any other Blairite stoodge, I'll say that for him.

Will need to be seen first, surely? He was voted in last year with the public massively supporting him. Nothing has suggested since then that he hasn't still got that support.

Admittedly on looks etc he may seem to struggle. But needs to be given that chance - and backed/supported properly to make him a better candidate. Instead they are backstabbing him to *.

Yeah no doubt he's hugely popular with the Labour membership but will that translate to support from the electorate at a general election? I don't think so. He alienates middle England who Blair won over, Scotland is lost for good and Wales is becoming less and less safe for them. They're going from strength to strength in London tbf, mainly imo because of shifting demographics.

The biggest issue for him though is the working class voters in the North as I said. They've been alienated by red and blue for well over 30 years but have found their voice again during the referendum campaign. Can he appeal to them?

Tessa Jowell says Corbyn's actions are "the height of selfishness". Yeah, unlike the actions of the Labour MPs who are attempting a coup on a leader who the grass roots members of the party clearly support.

Labour are completely 100% out of touch with their traditional social group who traditionally always ticked their box in the polling station, as do many of their die hard supporters I would add, even post EU referendum they still live in a fantasy world that anyone that voted to leave the EU is a Tory yet when you number crunch the figures and examine the data it was said areas who unanimously backed the brexit in the highest numbers in England.

The parties response was either to go into denial or try and patronise or be condescending to anyone who dared to make their own mind up in these areas, they are too arrogant and seemingly too metropolitan too care or know what anyone living outside Islington is experiencing or thinking and seem more interested in calling them racist, misinformed or stupid. The perception is they are more comfortable talking about equality, gay rights, women's rights than helping the lot of folk on minimum wage.

My personal take is the Labour Party last stood for something worth supporting when John Smith was the leader, his sad death lead the way for Blair under the guidance of Rothschild man Peter Mandelson to remove important parts of its make up to become in effect a social democrat party who's number one priority is big business, that's the sole reason Corbyn was made to ditch his lifelong principles on the EU.

Angela Eagle, she seems to epitomise the bland, dull, nothingness of the modern Labour Party and has more hope of connecting with Mars than the type of folk Labour need to get back voting for them again if they are ever going to challenge again!!!!!

After watching Angela Eagle in the EU debates I wouldn't wish her leadership onto my worst enemies.

Angela Eagle, probably better with Angela Eagle. Personally I think she is just a stop-gap until someone more electable gets pushed forward, a Tristram Hunt or Ummuna. All I know is Corbyn must go, he is destroying the Labour Party!

The above is what I've thought was true for years ,they seem more concerned about the minority's and I'd put the unions in the same boat.

Angela Eagle is dull, bland, weak and a joke to be honest - not a leader.

Corbyn has massive support among the membership, which Eagle does not.

He's also euro-sceptic deep down so I think he can relate to those Labour areas who voted leave.

How can Angela Eagle say with a straight face that she is about re-uniting the Labour Party? What a tool, her lot are the ones breaking the party apart. She lives in the past, a time when the Labour Party was run by war criminals and the country was in the EU.

Aye mate that's true but Jezza lives in a 'previous' past, one under Kinnock etc and that didn't end well either :smiley-laughing002:
