In like Maeda as a striker, gives us less erratic wing play from the left and he is a striker really, all his goals are striker type goals and he actually scores for fun the few times hes played up front.

 

A serious club should be able to work on replacements before the replaced player leaves. The Juranović case is how we should approach things.

 

They're close to the relegation spots. For 10 mill they'll be wanting him in and ready to go for the weekend, as their manager has already said..

We'll have known about this for a good while. I'm expecting our striker to in the door pretty soon or at least agreed right now..

Thought he was recalled. Anyways,sure the club has known about this for a while, just hope the replacement has the same work ethic.

 

Not sure we'll see the same work ethic of Kyogo and Maeda ever again in a Celtic jersey tbh..

 

If we buy more Japanese players, maybe. But I think even amongst them, Maeda stands out.
