Another day those small margins go the other way and he’s subbed 65 mins in with 5 goals thank * we look to be playing to his strengths again but. Felt sorry for him all season.

 

Beginning to find a bit of form at the critical stage of the season?
Looked energetic and confident yesterday.

 

Thankfully a wee sit on the bench seems to be what he needed, I like Idah and he will have a part to play but THIS Kyogo is the player we need for the next 8 league games, we get that and keep CCV fit, I'm feeling confident

 

Exactly that, no one was taking the risk often enough, even yesterday there was a few chances for Iwata to get it into him quick but it is progress at least.

I meant his touch and confidence though looks far better, maybe he wasn’t fully fit but he looked far more like himself yesterday.

 

It looked as though he was enjoying his football yesterday and it was good to see the wee smile back on his face

 

Would like to know why he has been unhappy for most of the season. Rodgers is known to be a good man manager but it must be very difficult to get into the head of Japanese player through a translator. Maybe only now has Rodgers been able to get through to Kyogo and get inside his wee nugget of a brain. Hopefully Rodgers has finally been able to give him the psychological boot up the hole that Kyogo so badly needed. No more wee bad moods now Mr Furuhashi it’s time to get out there do what you’re * paid to do.

 

I've been thinking about his lack of form for ages, it's defo the haircut that's been causing it. Needs the blonde highlights and middle parting back.

Seriously, if he's back on the goals and Calmac, Yang, and Hatate are back in time for the huns visit we will be a completely different animal.

 

Was for sure his best performance for quite a while. I thought we as a team did a better job of linking with him given all the good runs he makes off the ball.

 

Dunno. It appears to me that he's realised he has managed how to play kyogo and is asking the team to be more aware and pass faster as was like the game yesterday.
Same with Taylor playing him more inverted where he has been more effective

 

Because he was clean through on goal ten times a game to watch a slow pass back to a CB or Joe Hart instead, he was getting frustrated. We’re looking for his runs now, that’s the only difference

 

That was the best he has played for a long time on Saturday. I know a couple were offside but had the ball in the net 3 times, rattled the bar and missed another couple of chances and got a good assist.

If we are to win this league we need that version of Kyogo for the last 8 league games.

 

Kyogo absolutely THRIVES right on the offside line, just drifting on/off and moving quickly before the other defence sets... We've been completely ignoring that, and asking him to do otherwise. When he's done it himself the passes haven't arrived... If he does it more for the remaining games we'll get much more from him, the opposition will pull back freeing up our mids/defenders to advance more and feel less pressure, and we'll start rattling a few teams... We've been misusing important assets in the squad, and it has been costly for us, dropping points to draws and giving hope to lesser teams

 

and that's down to the manager and coaching staff. Some folk cannae see beyond the board though (who also need emptied )

 

i wish he'd lose the gumshield he looks like mcAvennie on only an excuse haha and get the bouncy hair back, doesn't even look like kyogo nowadays lol

 

He wears it so he doesn't look like McAvennie to be fair
