You couldn't feasibly study medicine at the same as being a doctor. I barely managed it with minimal football commitments!

Aye, that will be a tough task but fair play! Although at the same time it will probably have special arrangements.

Armstrong is studying Law part-time. Not the same as medicine or training to be a doc some might argue but still a tough degree.

Wanyama 1967 reminds me of Spellcheck just going round arguing in every thread over the same stuff all the time :56:

College, then on to Glasgow uni to study medicine he says?

Excellent, he won't be looking for a quick move next summer then. Surely?

He's studying that at the Open university. No entry requirements and no classes. Just have to hand in essays etc before certain deadlines. Medicine is a completely different ball game. Jamie Roberts, the Welsh rugby player, did it whilst playing but it took him about 12 years.

Played well today. Wonder if Rodgers really sees him as a centre half or if he's there because we're short of centre backs.

Deila in the Norwegian press yesterday saying he was always a potential centre half same as Brede Hangeland who made the change.

Also say it will be better for him Rodgers is there as Norwegians don't have a good record of coaching Norwegians abroad.

I have a feeling he might see him as a CB, at least for cover during the season.

It will be nice to see him in his natural position soon though, just to see what he is all about.

Only watched wee glimpses of the game but seen that bit he made a couple of tackles and looked composed on the ball.
