Shows his class, can not be in the game at all but then pop up with two goals.

It's hard to know he is always dangerous from distance but at the same time GMS caused their big buses problems. Another tight call. I am loving the squad depth in the front 4, very impressive.

Said it time and time again , this man needs to be in the team . Our biggest goal threat every time he plays . Vital.

Might be a question for ILTC here but does anyone know just how many times he's scored the opening goal for us?

Was honestly just thinking the same thing.

Last year he scored 23 league goals and 12 of them were the opening goal of the game. That's all I have to offer :smiley-laughing002:

It's mental how often he does it, he's worth his weight in gold, honestly * delighted he signed the extension on his contract.

I still cant fully warm to him, like yesterday id say he was our worst player, ball seemed to bounce off him to the opposition about 5/6 times and he hit 2/3 shots about 20 yards over the bar.

But he does pop up with goals regularly so cant really complain.

He admitted as much himself, said he played like crap. Still scored one and almost got another though :smiley-laughing002:

He's a constant danger, no doubt. I think the likes of GMS would do well to trial him and try and get some of his movement. He's always got 2/3 players around him and he always finds that pocket of space. If GMS with his technical ability can pick up on that, you're on to one * of a player.

Aye, part of that is his stockiness though hes probably over a stone heavier than GMS even though GMS is a wee bit taller, so harder to knock off the ball and better "centre of gravity" for not getting nudged about off balance.

Delighted for him and I am very relieved he is staying. Our most dangerous player by a mile

Wasn't good but such a threat from 30 yards out, defences are petrified when he turns free or finds space. You can genuinely see it..
