  1. Quite possibly but considering his overall contribution he gets cut way way too much slack in my book

He set up the first goal with a brilliant piece of vision, did that go unnoticed to the knockers?

    Fully agree :50:
I would like him to stay as it means he's a good option to have, but don't think he wants to stay to be on the bench.
I would be happy if he goes as long as we get in Armstrong.

Griffiths set up the first goal :97:

  4. That post lacked any credibility when you bunged Stokes into the debate.

Please remind me how many goalless games in Europe in a row we have had to endure of him?

He has contributed more than most this season. He has more assists than anyone else, and has chipped in with goals also.

  6. No he didn't, you clearly didn't watch the game, but judging by other posts of yours I should have guessed.

You clearly just want to argue for the sake of it by the look of things

Stokes was never a lone striker though, look at him this season with the amount of assists and a good few goals.
Last season with Griffiths and before that with Hooper.
Always been an overall better player than Commons.

  8. If we have reached the conclusion that Stokes is more deserving of a place than Commons then "Im out" as they say :bbpd:

I wouldn't try and top that!

I was at the game actually and my bad :52: Griffiths made the great run inside and gave it to commons who set it up. But then again Commons slowed down the attack several times and held onto it for too long or took a shot from a stupid angle when a pass was on.

The jury is still out. If in fact the manager does not rate him then then I would be massively concerned. I assume that he is in and out of the team because of behind the scenes goings on. If the manager does not want to play KC in SPFL games because he doesn't rate him then he should be chased out the door immediately.

It was a good pass but jesus christ, I'd expect every single player in the Celtic team to be capable of playing a pass like that.

At the end of the day, it was all down to a wonder hit from Matthews.

It was a square ball, it wasn't a "brilliant piece of vision".

The stats here speak for themselves and this has included a lot of sub par Commons performances. Anyone with half a brain would have him in the team almost every week.

And what is with the obsession for stats? We are a better team without Commons now, fact.

Commons has scored 6 goals in 13 games, but he must of had about 50 shots. He just shoots whenever he is 30 yards out or closer. He is without doubt the greediest player I've seen at Celtic.

I really wouldn't be bothered if he moved on.
