    He does seem like he's bitter about the whole Brendan Rodgers situation. But to be fair the man never got a run out under Brendan. You cant show what you can offer the team if you dont even get one run out. Ambrose and Cifcti both got a couple of games before Brendan realised that they were pish. There's no way Commons was pish.....yet Brendan had his mind made up about him without even giving him any game time. You can see how someone would be * off at that

    Don't really care if he isn't that great as a pundit. He was a cracking player for Celtic. It's not as if he's a * like Hugh Keevins or Andy Walker or Craig Burley.

    I dont get how people can turn against Commons so quickly. After all those important goals in important games. Yes he wasnt the fittest all the time, but there's no doubt he was an absolutely cracking player. And to be fair, he didnt get a fair crack of the whip under Brendan at all.

    Loads of our ex player pundits have been accused of not being 100% Celtic minded when it comes to analysis. Charlie Nicholas, Andy Walker, Davie Provan and obviously Craig Burley. They cant all be ultra-Celtic like Chris Sutton. They wouldn't be in a job if they all acted like that

    Charlie Nicholas is an idiot, Andy Walker is a *, Provan actually used to be good but is just poor at commentating these days and Burley is a *.

    Sutton isn’t ultra-Celtic, he talks a power of * at times as well for reactions but ultimately calls it as he sees it and he sees (domestically) that Celtic are in a different league from everyone else.

    It's nothing to do with him not being bias for us. I wouldn't expect that or want it.

    He's just shockingly bad at what he does now. Not made for telly at all and can't even remember our starting CB's name who he trained with for 4 or 5 months.

    Also, he 'didn't get a fair crack of the whip' for very good reason. Rodgers sussed out a few as soon as he walked through the door. Funny how most others got a chance but the likes of him, Stokes and Mulgrew were moved on. Not a coincidence IMO. He was also injured and the size of a balloon as well for the entirety of his time here under BR.

    Rodgers owed Commons nothing and tbh he always spoke well of him and let him have that send off at the end of last season when far more deserving Celtic players never got anything like that. He's a * * pundit honestly him and Boyd are awful to watch.

    Mulgrew had left before Rodgers was appointed. I don’t see why people consistently insult his commitment to Celtic.

    Not so much his commitment to Celtic but I feel there was a clear clique there still remaining from Lennon's time and right throughout Deilas. Certainly with a couple of players.

    Granted, just realised his contract had expired...think i was getting mixed up because he was training with us still for a period I'm sure under BR.

    Brendan allowed him to train with us. If he was a bad egg on the dressing room you could be assured that it would never have happened.

    There were certainly players that had higher standards than Ronny. I don’t really blame them for that either.

    Poor pundit, hope it comes off for him if he doesn't get back playing .

    Love the guy and probably always will.

    Just the usual drum beaters who dont want to hear a bad thing about their team, everyone of them talk * (EPL, SPL, blah blah) so hes no different.
