    Adam is good going forward lad. Part of his problem this season is that the space he normally goes into is being taken up by another winger going out the outside.

    Adam was great tonight and got in several fantastic positions because the space was open for him to run into.

    I know, that's what I'm saying.

    If he really wants to be here, he takes the one year deal then sits down again this time next year (hopefully earlier) and discusses another contract.

He'll start thinking I've probably only got one comtract left in me, do I want to go through negotiating with Peter Lawwell all over again next season, * I'm on the bench here being pushed out of the squad for no particular reason, these * don't actually want me here do they, definitely not appreciating me scoring 30 odd goals and winning player of the year last year....

    I can see where both parties are coming from, truth be told.

    He's approaching 32 year old......hardly a spring chicken.

    But then again, he's still producing the goods......

    I'd personally give him the two year deal.
