I keep thinking that this season's midfield is the most fun I've had watching a group in the middle of the park, and then I remember we were lucky enough to have a midfield with Commons, Ledley, Ki, Wanyama.

I think it's definitely more exciting than the midfield you mention.

Armstrong's driving runs and goals, Rogic with his quick feet and worldies. Roberts is a joy to watch.

The style of play is way more pleasing on the eye than anything Lennon came up with. But, I do have a certain fondness for that era as well.

Need to see how this midfield fairs in Europe this next season if we can qualify and now they've geled a lot more since last campaign. Still lennys lions midfield has got it for me...for now. :)

Slightly scared to say this but,

Mid 30s big name who has slowed down, with his family settled locally, and a free agent. The Huns will offer him a contract,

I never said he'd join, but I'm certain the huns will at least try.

He'd never go there, but he'd walk in and instantly be their best player. His family seem settled here, so I hope he signs for Hibs.

He'd be mad not to sign for Hibs.

Great player in his day, contributed MASSIVELY to any team he was in, but his time has come and gone now.

    A natural progression.

He would improve their team TBF but, as others have said, he'd never go there.

I hope he goes to Aberdeen TBH.

Fair enough, just saying I can't see him joining is all.

would be nice to see him get a run out but whoever is saying he should have played this season is surely on the wind up, who would he have replaced? Rocic Armstrong or McGregor? hes been great for us but his time is clearly up and the writing was on the wall since deila came in tbh

No chance the zombies would go for Commons and even less chance he'd be interested. Great signing for us

Better on his day than all 3 of them. Style of play dosent suit that's all. He's only 33. Hope he goes to hibs next year.

Even if he wanted to, his missus would never let him sign for that lot. She is now one of our own.....
