Mate, I used to think you were a decent poster but your salavating over poor players and your constant berating of Commons even though he has been holding us together lately is a bit daft.

His only job at corners is to disrupt the goalkeeper anyway.. and swing a leg at any scraps. You could get Commons to do the same job.

I know, mate. However you always want a guy like him sniffing about for any rebounds, Fenerbache at home a prime example.

However if it means we consistently get better delivery in for the big guys then it's something we need to consider.

Thought he might of taken Commons off and given Allan a run out but oh well.
He was poor today, touch and passing were dreadful. But done all graft well always tracking back.

That's best corners I've seen him take in a while I thought :smiley-laughing002: Just we were * in the air.
Johansen and Armstrong are usually the best for corners.

I dunno why people complain. His corners were dangerous and a good chunk of them were met by our own player first. He also split the defense open playing Griff in and won a penalty and admittedly he is not in top gear. Even when hes bad hes good.

His corners are good but only when he takes them from the right. Someone else with a right foot should be taking the ones from the left.

Armstrong usually takes those when he's on.

Surprised he didn't score today. Even though he didn't play well, he's always dangerous and I always feel he has a goal in him.

I thought he might have come off a little earlier to save his legs for Thursday.

Aye. I was thinking today that a right footed player should be hitting them from the left but 3 of the front 4 are lefties. Only Forrest isn't and he definitely shouldn't hit them.

His movement was still very good today and made a lot of unselfish and clever runs to create space for Griffiths and Forrest in the second half . His link up play got better and on another day he would have scored a couple . Great player who will be back among the goals on Thursday .

Armstrong's corners from the left are sensational.

Thought he had a similar game to the Dundee Utd one, but his two goals against Utd meant his overall performance got overlooked in my opinion. Felt he was wasteful in possession on Saturday.

Don't think he was at his best but if * had there shooting boots on he'd have set up about 4 goals. He's always a danger.

The competition for places in the row of three attacking midfielders is really good at the moment. Forrest, Armstrong, Rogic, Commons. If GMS and Johansen refind their form as well we have six options with not much between them.
