    This! Both Commons and Johansen should be dropped now. Deila really has nothing(everything) to lose, he needs to shake things up. If he is to use Commons he should now with his job hanging in threads finally listen to Og1 and change the formation for the next games. 4132 or with simu fit a 352 would be really exiting.
    He should wait with the 451 until he has the right players for it.
