It's hard to love Celtic so much as a club and try your best to think highly of manager and players when some annoy you a wee bit. That's what's happening here, we all want the best. We all love Celtic dearly, regardless of how many games we've been to, and want to succeed without having to call people out for sounding like muppets. People will disagree, that's life. Can make out Commons saying: "Listen. It shouldn't have been me. They know it. Listen to them. Pathetic.", that whilst pointing to the fans.

Obviously angry and venting his frustration, both of which are completely justified when you've got guys like Johansen still on the pitch. Aye, maybe he should've kept it for the dressing room but I'd rather see what players are thinking than not. It was a terrible decision that summed up our dreadful performance.

 

Don't mind seeing players showing a bit of passion now and then but, like Commons said himself, you shouldn't really be doing it in public so the apology was welcome.

What were you doing the 16 times he's made an appearance this season? You're the only clueless one around here. I also love how you then proceeded to say that he has played as bad as Johansen despite the fact that you clearly haven't saw him play since he hasn't kicked a ball.

This to be honest, and I like Commons and he has been a great player for us but he is much older now and isn't getting any better, at this point he is just a player who for the most part wont contribute anything most of the game but then come up with a wondergoal, then go back to doing nothing.

 

I think so too. I agree with the apology from Commons of voicing it in public but I agree with what he said, if it was what you said.

I feel that's why a lot of people have been jumping to Commons' defence over this. He was voicing what the vast majority of fans were thinking.

Deila seems to not like Commons. That's for sure. He was pretty low on the list for me to bring off on Thursday. I think it's because of his work rate being lower than what Deila wants. If he is the only goal threat on the pitch, which he was on Thursday, does it * matter?

I get frustrated with Commons' work rate but when he pops up with a goal or two, I'm reminded why he's given the role he's given.

I'd rather Commons be given the manager's position over Deila currently. Could he do any worse?

Completely untrue. Partick away and our recent euro game against ajax would suggest differently. Cant understand why you would state this with regard to Commons when Johansen has been a passanger in most games he has played this season.

 

I think that he was obligated to apologise, under further duress from those at the top. Actions speak louder than words. It was about time the fans seen a bit of fire and emotion. We need winners on the pitch. Not those who shirk in thr face of real challenge.

 

People who think Kris Commons should be in our team are clueless and part timers? Ronny Deila is the bestest most greatest tactician in the history of the game. Something like that?
